3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Fees, Payments and Refunds

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payments through various methods including online transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally:

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes attended
• Pro-rata refund based on classes attended after deduction of administrative charges
• No refund after completion of 50% of course duration
• Refund processing may take 7-15 working days

4.3 GST Compliance

All fees are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian taxation laws. Tax invoices will be provided for all payments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, study materials, software, and documentation, are the intellectual property of EduAI Labs and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

5.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services and content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account access or course materials with others
• Use content for any commercial purpose without written permission

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students or instructors
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the security of our services
• Use our services to infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 By EduAI Labs

• You fail to pay applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of paid fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, EduAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• Our services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using our services will meet your requirements

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EduAI Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
